How is coaching different from therapy?

A quick google search delivers oodles of articles on the difference between therapy/counseling and coaching. Primarily, coaching works to pursue goals, create action plans, and address short-term obstacles or issues that have you stuck. Therapy works heavily with events of your past, focusing on mental health and emotional healing. When appropriate, a certified coach will refer you to seek mental health support from a licensed professional.

How do I reschedule my session?

When you schedule a session you’ll get an email confirmation. Inside that email, there’s a link to reschedule. Alternatively, you can email gemma@adifferentchoice.life.
